The Investment

Franchise Fee

Your estimated initial investment will vary, depending on the household population in the territory that you select. Additional households can be purchased for a fee per household. Our standard GOLD territory is $19,500 and includes 25,000 households as well as all businesses in the same area. The PLATINUM territory begins at $19,500 and goes up to 100,000 households with a Franchise Fee adjustment of .50 cents per houseehold.

Initial Package

Our turnkey Business Start-up Package ranges from $10,000 to $15,000. The package includes all of the supplies, equipment and print material to start your Window Genie business. This also includes the wrap for the GENIEMOBILE^TM and startup access to the Office Genie Online Software program.

Advertising and Working Capital

Depending on your plans for growth, required initial expenses and ongoing operating capital, an additional $15,000 to $40,000 is recommended. This will cover your Grand Opening Campaign, initial advertising and personal expenses while your Window Genie franchise gets off the ground.

Royalty Fee

Our royalty fee is seven percent (7%) of monthly gross revenue, one of the lowest royalty fees in the industry. The ongoing monthly royalty fee gives you ongoing support, the right to use the Window Genie system as it continues to be developed, including manual updates, newsletters and product updates, and the continued right to use the Window Genie name.
